Hi, it's Sunday again. I always love the earlier part of Sunday, having some time for myself to do what I like.
And yea, I can make brunch for me and my family. Today's menu is kimchi fried rice. First attempt at cooking Korean as well as fried rice. Fried rice is definitely a dish that I have underestimated all these years. My right arm actually hurts after tossing the rice in the pan endlessly. Well, the outcome is not too bad, even though the dish supposed to come with a sunny side up which I'm too lazy to make after doing arm exercise.
