17 December 2012: Day 2 in Phuket
We started the day in Phuket Town. We were looking for a place to have our lunch desperately as we did not have breakfast. The driver brought us to some touristy seafood restaurant in a deserted area but we decided not to dine there. Thanks to K's research, we found Mee Jirayuwat. The little shop was actually featured in a Korean magazine. We ordered the signatured Hokkien Mee and wanton soup.
Roaming around the rather dead Phuket Town. There was nothing to see or buy or whatsoever which was weird as my friends kept saying this place is great for shopping. Maybe we came at the wrong time.
Back to Bangla Road.
Definitely must-eat in Phuket - banana pancakes, so awesome!
I attempted to make this for brunch this morning but failed!
After getting some rest back at our hotel, it's time for dinner.
We feasted at the roadside stalls along Patong beach. I love street food!
Pad Thai in the making.
Night activity time.
Back to hotel. Hearts and countdown to K's birthday. Happy 23rd!
Oh, and I guessed I forgot to mention the laser that K bought. Childhood dream came true.
Following this would be the awesome laser show.
So much fun.
